The team behind Scottish Oriental are FSSA Investment Managers, who specialise in investing in Asia and global emerging markets (i.e. less developed and lower-income parts of the world). The team are headquartered in Hong Kong, and have offices in Singapore, Edinburgh and London.

Within the Scottish Oriental team, Vinay Agarwal is Lead Manager, Sree Agarwal is Co-Manager, and Martin Lau is the Deputy Manager. They are supported by the wider FSSA Investment Managers team of analysts, who help to generate investment ideas for the investment trust.
